Just come back from jogging at ECP after a cup of white Chocolate dream and a set of new paper...
Wow, it seems so long i didnt go for a jog at ECP....shit, my stamina is dropping badly, cramp here cramp there.... think should mark every weekdays is my jogging days le...
CUT down on Eating junk food,do more execrise,no more sweet drink for me....
My celebration is coming near... stil yet to get lots of reply of what is going to my 21st birthday celebration held at 23 Nov ... anyway not my exact birthday date, but i leave with no choice ... cause 27 nov i would be in camp..... Doing my Daily routine... ...

have not prepare my so called refreshment.... for my BBQ thingy.... haiz....

Health
Been sick for past few week, illness"Flu,running nose,Cough,lot's of phlegm"..
but dunno why my ear like block like that........haiz.... got ringing sound also..... so fan...
but after going to SGH , the doc said it ok ... nthing wrong with me..... i feel more relieve.....
BUT BUT BUT.. i see doc for 3 time le leh.....FIRST time MO...Second TIME MO....Third Time SGH... this one lox... Just hope that nthing wrong with me... SCARED SCARED.....haiz......

NAVY(career)
have just taken test and realise that i have pass my Test...(Unknow) 70+% ... lol, dont really expect that result.. but good thing... 1 more week and JRC is going to finish... cant really wait to go on board ship... (once get on board le no time le lox)....

Stress, over POC thingy...guess it just a hurdle to jump pass agian.... after POP during BMT...
Lucky got a good committee and a GOOD CC beside us... giving each other morale support.....
just hope best for every thing.... !!!! :)
